SO-SO Käfer Zine
Together with Drei Grad Verlag, I created a 32-page bug-themed zine as part of the SO-SO Hefte series, which features various illustrators exploring topics of their choice. I chose to dive into the fascinating world of bugs, transforming my personal passion and body of insect illustrations into a cohesive zine format.
My style combines bold, graphic shapes with delicate, hand-drawn textures inspired by vintage natural history prints and mid-century design. Using a vibrant yet earthy color palette, I aimed to bring these often-overlooked creatures to life in a way that’s both educational and visually engaging, inviting readers to appreciate the intricate beauty of the insect world.
