I created a series of insect illustrations for Rowohlt to accompany an activity book designed for adults and young nature explorers alike. My style combines detailed, hand-drawn textures with bold, graphic shapes, drawing inspiration from vintage natural history illustrations. Using a natural, earthy color palette, I aimed to capture the intricate beauty and diversity of insects in a way that is both educational and visually engaging, inviting readers to discover and appreciate the fascinating world of these tiny creatures.
